PT STEM Tutor (Anatomy & Physiology)

Job description

Provide tutoring and other support services to students primarily in Anatomy and Physiology. Major Responsibilities: Provides individualized and group tutoring in a manner that empowers students to become independent, successful learners. Provides tutoring in Ivy Tech courses with special concentrations in science, technology, and/or math, including remedial mathematics, advanced mathematics, chemistry, biology, anatomy and physiology , accounting, business applications, and other technology fields. Teaches and assists students in the use of computer software. Guides and instructs students in the use of software programs and/or web-based applications directly related to Ivy Tech coursework. Maintains tutoring records for each student. Interacts with instructors as to student needs, topics tutored, course changes, and new text book adoptions.
