Finance Manager - Technology and Platforms Full Time Permanent Role: Citywest Office (Travel to Limerick required) Main Duties and Responsibilities: Acquisition Integration: - Lead the finance workstream for post acquisition integration of TouchStore Limited - Establish clear financial structures including; reporting and control frameworks - Support the onboarding into divisional and group finance rhythms - Implement monthly management meeting cadence - Continuous improvement of financial policies & processes aligned to Group standards - Manage the day-to-day finance for TouchStore (monthly reporting, budgeting, BPC etc) - Develop and maintain high quality KPIs and management information - Contribute to post investment reviews, tracking benefits realisation and return on investment for key initiatives Commercial & Platform Business Partnering: - Support the prioritisation and financial evaluation of the product development roadmap - Provide meaningful financial insight and analysis to balance innovation ambition and capacity/cost constraints - Act as a finance partner to technology, product and commercial stakeholders, supporting high quality, insight led decision making. - Provide...
