Employee Relations Partner

Job description

Overview The Employee Relations Partner I conducts workplace investigations in their assigned business unit when a complaint or allegation is submitted via the ethics hotline, direct contact, survey feedback, or any other method of submission. Once investigations are completed, the Employee Relations Partner will prepare an investigative report and archive in the appropriate system. **This position may be filled as a Sr. Employee Relations Partner.
