Position Summary: The Oracle Sales Cloud Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining the relationship with Vertiv Sales Organization in regard to the Opportunity to Order processes supported by the Oracle Sales Cloud applications team. He/She will be the driving systematic identification, analysis, management, monitoring and improvement of Sales Organization relationships in order to target and improve system performance and alignment to business and users needs. Key Duties: - Align with various stakeholders on goals and strategies, so to effectively implement and deploy Oracle CX Cloud that satisfy Vertiv Sales Organization and improve business objectives - Maintenance of the various process documentation and prioritizing tasks to ensure they meet deadlines and leadership satisfaction - Develops strategies to better engage with the Sales Organization and support customer satisfaction goals. - Data management and collection for reporting development, regarding system performance and satisfaction - Support deployment of system enhancements, service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify/docu...
