What you’ll do: Working closely with the Farm Hardware Manager, you will be responsible for the following: To ensure acceptable level of customer service is provided to customers and you have the appropriate attitude to create a positive experience for customers; To come to work with a positive, professional approach and attitude; Have a deep understanding of livestock equipment; Have a deep understanding of small and large animal feed, health and mineral; Ability to read feed tests: Maintain and grow sales relationships with existing and new clients; Have deep understanding of farm equipment and supplies; Be willing to take training courses from time to time as the need arises; Be familiar with and adhere to Meadow Lake Co-op policies and procedures; Other duties as assigned.
