The LPN is responsible for the nursing practices, policies, and procedures of OneWorld Community Health Centers within the LPN scope of practice. Supervision of Health Assistants and Medical Assistants may be required. Provides clinical nursing services to patients within the LPN scope of practice, in an effort to meet the goal of providing primary healthcare services to OneWorld patients. Assists providers in healthcare activities, performs diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures, and administers medications as necessary. Ensures an appropriate environment for the administration of healthcare services by keeping exam rooms, nurse’s station, equipment, and other work areas clean, safe, and orderly.
