Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient: Location: 4045 E Bell Road Suite 150, Phoenix, AZ 85032 Incentives: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Monday - Friday (3 evenings until 6 pm); 1 Saturday rotation/month (8 am - 12 pm) Compensation: Salaried, starting at $78,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Program Join our outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine team in a collaborative, high‑performance environment supporting Ortho, Sports Med, Vestibular, Concussion, Dry Needling, and ACL programs. This position will cover home football games for an assigned high school, and participate in sports physicals in the spring for atleast one high school. Complete Program of Excellence requirements for OrthoVive and Sports within your 1st quarter of hire.
