Job Description Are you ready to drive recruitment success for the LEGO Group's Consumer and Shopper Engagement team (CSE) ? Join us to lead comprehensive talent acquisition efforts and collaborate with leaders across the Americas to build a talented workforce! Please Note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position The role can be based out of our new Boston HUB location at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days home weekly. Core responsibilities: Owning and driving a portfolio of recruitment processes dedicated to Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE) Interaction from end to end. Building and activating talent pools for near- and mid-term hiring needs. Utilizing innovative sourcing strategies and exploring non-traditional avenues to connect with talent in the Americas market. Supporting and contributing to specific talent attraction strategies for Consumer Shopper Engagement (CSE). Providing a transparent & consistent candidate experience during pre-boarding and onboarding for all new hires.
