Job DetailsJob Location: Painesville, OH 44077 REPORTS TO: DIRECTOR OF ATHLETICS: STATUS: FULL-TIME, EXEMPT, SALARIED: Lake Erie College, a small, co-educational, four-year, independent liberal arts college located in Painesville, OH, 30 miles east of Cleveland, invites applications for the full-time position of Assistant Coach, Women’s Basketball. Lake Erie College is an NCAA Division II program that competes in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (GMAC). RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as a recruiter for the sport of women’s basketball, identifying and evaluating potential student-athletes and organizing their recruitment in conjunction with the Office of Admissions. Assists with organization of all aspects of the program, including coaching and management of facility, practice and team operations. Potentially serves as position group coach. Assists in strength and conditioning workouts. Acts as a visible person to represent the College in a positive manner and to heighten the awareness of the institution to all of its constituents.
