Summary: We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our fast-paced automotive manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for supervising maintenance employees in the maintenance and installation of plant equipment, supporting the setup of production processes, and assisting in the coordination of plant maintenance objectives. Your leadership will be key to driving equipment reliability and production efficiency. Specific Duties: The Maintenance Manager executes assignments related to the plant maintenance functions, supervises the activities of skilled employees, and assures the accomplishment of the assigned tasks. Maintenance of the plant’s grounds, machinery and equipment; including preventive maintenance, planned and emergency maintenance. Set up and maintain production’s tooling and equipment. Participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance. Initiates, implements, and manages the plant maintenance program based on best practices in the Automotive industry, with an emphasis on planning/scheduling and preventive/predictive maintenance.
