WHAT YOU’LL DO: Interpret part drawings or models and convert design specifications into inspection and test methods using industry standard GD&T methodology. Perform inspections and tests on incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize various measurement tools and equipment, such as hard gages, calipers, micrometers, optical comparators, hardness testers, and CMM’s to conduct efficient and accurate part measurement. Assist in the validation and verification of new product designs and manufacturing processes.
