Maintains delivery station cleanliness and stocks delivery station with all necessary supplies. Interacts with fellow team members, and supervisors in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure gracious hospitality. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Confirms online orders via various ordering platforms and applications Answers phone calls for pickup and delivery orders, and answers questions/make suggestions for food and beverage items Accurately enter all orders into the POS system and follows proper cash/payment card procedures Assists with packing orders according to guest specifications Coordinates delivery of food with the delivery drivers Anticipate and accommodate the needs of the guests Maintain general cleanliness of assigned stations and the entire venue Delivers prepared orders in the time frames quoted to guests Wears all s...
