The Opportunity: - Adobe IT’s Customer Experience Orchestration Architecture team is seeking a Solution Architect to drive the Sales and Post‑Sales platform roadmap across enterprise, mid-market, partner, and M&A integrations. - Design and architect AI‑enabled solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, integrating cloud and on‑prem systems, while providing architectural leadership toward the North Star vision. - Champion an AI-first approach in designing capabilities — including GenAI, agentic automation and ML—leveraging best-of-breed vendor and custom solutions. - Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to drive an architecture‑first approach, influence technical decisions, and lead simplification through automation, reduced technical debt, and an AI‑first mindset.
