Job Title: Information Technology Operations Manager Division and Department Information Technology: Reports To: Global Director of Information Technology SUMMARY: The IT Operations Manager is a strategic and forward thinking leader supporting the Global Director of Information Technology with looking to the future and actively seeking robust solutions in the areas of hardware, software, facilities, and service components that support the delivery of business systems and IT-enabled processes. This position manages help desk team, oversees third party vendor and management contracts, maintains budgets and payroll and acts as the global IT communications liaison. The position is also responsible for the automation of service to minimize manual tasks focusing on implementing the right tools and solutions to provide the highest level of security and accuracy while ensuring that technical operations meet the day to day needs of the business and staff can perform their job duties efficiently while delivering professional technical support.
