Req ID 85035 | Nottingham, United Kingdom, ZF Services UK Limited: About the Team: The Technical Support Engineer is part of the Global Center of Competence Rail, a highly specialized team consisting of seven colleagues in total—two working in Sales and five in Technical Engineering Support. Due to the small team structure, you will naturally be involved in a wide range of topics and gain cross-functional exposure. You provide expert engineering support to customers, partners, and internal teams across the rail sector. In this role, you ensure that products are correctly specified, installed, commissioned, and supported throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, resolving engineering issues, supporting field activities, and contributing to continuous improvement.
