Description Meyer is a growing, family-owned and operated company where you are more than an employee number, you’re family! The Cross Dock Lead oversees cross dock operations, supervises the staff of truck drivers, and drives company trucks to make route deliveries. Works closely with internal departments to ensure product is delivered to customers in a timely manner while staying compliant with DOT regulations. Pay Rate: $57,500.00 annual salary + monthly bonuses! Schedule for non-CDL Cross Dock Lead: - Monday – Friday: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm (End Time Varies on Most Days Due to Workload / Coverage) - Up to 80% driving per day - Daily supervision of drivers - Eligible for the Lead Monthly Bonus!
