Customer Service Team Lead - Job Number: 261423 - Full-time - Rotating schedule - 3 days on with 3 days off followed by 4 days on with 4 days off, Shift 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Job overview: Schneider is seeking a Customer Service Team Lead in Green Bay to be responsible for handling all customer-facing processes, systems and equipment used for daily operations. The Customer Service Team Lead will also resolve problems, build solid working relationships and manage escalations involving Schneider’s customers. Responsibilities: - Provide process and technology training to other team members. - Work with teams across the organization to analyze and optimize business processes. - Effectively communicate with internal and external customers. - Act as the team lead and subject matter expert for problem resolution and escalation processes. - Provide support and back up to the Customer Service Manager. Skills and qualifications: - Associate degree preferred. - Two years of customer service experience preferred. - Have strong written and oral communication skills. - Able to manage multiple priorities.
