The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Director Of Service Operations to join our dynamic team. The Director Of Service Operations primary responsibility is to plan, direct, control and evaluate all activities of the Service Department to ensure the overall growth and profit objectives are met. Develops major objectives, procedures, and programs for the Service Department. Maintains the highest quality standards of professionalism in serving the customer and identifying their needs. Responsibilities: customer relations with existing and new customers, visiting customer weekly to assess needs, keeping all departments informed of complaints. Assessing twice per year all competitive rates and scales. Department.
