Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. - 8 years of work experience developing supply chains in manufacturing and test. - 8 years of experience in manufacturing and test. - Experience working with Original Device Manufacturer (ODMs), contract manufacturers and component suppliers for Hardware (HW) in the data center networking topology. - Experience with high speed optical and copper network infrastructure design and testing methodologies including ethernet, serial bus interfaces, transceivers,BERT, etc. Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field. - Experience setting up manufacturing assembly processes, driving product launches and assembly process optimization within manufacturing operations. - Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication. - Possess a solid understanding of CMOS devices, fabrication processes, ATE test, DFT, Quality, reliability - Experience of bring-up or bench testing hardware in a lab environment - Experience in Python/SQL Scripting.
