POSITION SUMMARY: As a Dual Licensed Spa Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests of Cedar Creek Spa while performing any service within your assigned licensure. Average Hourly Conservative Range: $50-55/hour (base+tips+commission) EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: - Prepare spa and service room at the beginning of each shift according to policies and procedures provided/SOP’S. - Provide professional services including facials, body wraps, body polishes, facial waxing, therapeutic massages, prenatal massages, relaxation massages for guests following the outlined procedures for each service. Services provided in the spa are subject to ongoing changes and updates; should be prepared to provide any services that are offered and scheduled within your designated licensure. Make recommendations to guests for services, enhancements and upgrades to guests’ treatment(s) and notify the front desk accordingly. - Review guest waivers and address concerns as needed.
