Inventory Sourcing Lead Material Management

Job description

Areas of focus: -Daily inventory put away, utilizing proper stock rotation, expiration date review, and organization. -Identify and reconcile shipping discrepancies and work with appropriate Supply Chain team members and vendor to resolve. -Daily inventory management processes: Perform routine cycle counts of perpetual inventory and each associated Par location; complete inventory and Par replenishment processes; review available reporting to identify supplies on backorder and communicate to the appropriate members of the clinical team; facilitate the identification of substitute products. -Coordinate the activities related to product conversion activities. -Ensure that inventory and Par stocking locations are arranged and maintained in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements. -Provide excellent customer service.
