Description Job purpose: Shredfast, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Human Resources Generalist to support our hardworking team in Airway Heights, WA. This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and is looking for a consistent, flexible schedule while maintaining meaningful impact. Working directly with company leadership, this position plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle , ensuring compliance, and helping drive a positive, productive workplace culture. This is a critical support role within the organization where your work directly supports daily operations, employee experience, and long-term organizational success.
