Contract Works Officer - Garage Voids & Lettings Permanent: Grade C - £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5hrs hours per week: About the Role: The Garage CWO will be responsible for the inspection, diagnosis, specification, issuing and sign-off of repairs and improvement works relating to Occupied & Void Garages and Garage sites/forecourts across Birmingham: The postholder will work closely with Housing Managers, Garage Officers, contractors and repairs partners to ensure garages are safe, lettable and maintained to the required standard: This is not an administrative role.
