Zachry Engineering Corporation (ZEC) is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Civil Engineer III to join our Engineering Team in Omaha, NE . This is a great opportunity to get involved in challenging and interesting design projects for various industrial and power clients. Perform Civil Engineering duties in the design, analysis, and preparation of calculations, drawings, and specifications for use on specific projects. Performing duties such as grading, Earthwork site design, storm drainage analysis and stormwater detention pond analysis. Perform and prepare civil site designs and modifications at various industrial facilities. Support engineering team with scopes, budgets, and schedules. Coordinate with multiple disciplines to participate in the development of plans and the basis of design documents to guide construction activities. Apply basic technical principles, theories, standards, and concepts in development of engineering design packages. Understand and apply applicable federal, state, and local codes and industry specific standards for engineering projects.
