Smithfield, Virginia Job Description: Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Smithfield is currently hiring for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their care team serving the Smithfield community. This position will work at least 4 shifts per 4-week schedule, with at least 2 of these shifts being on weekends. This role offers flexibility and pay rates starting at $22.00 per hour! Overview: Works under the supervision of Nursing Manager, Supervisor, RN, LPN and is ultimately responsible to the Director and the Assistant Director of Nursing, as applicable. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs tasks essential to the direct care of the resident according to facility policy and procedures. What you will do: - Allows resident choices within limits of capability considering safety /dignity issues and follows policies and procedures of facility to include resident privacy and dignity. - Assists with ensuring hygiene, appearance, safety and nutritional needs of residents are met.
