DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Team & Vendor Leadership & Development Manage and develop service-oriented teams across Benefits, HRIS, Payroll, Compensation, and Data Analytics Drive performance, coaching, and continuous improvement Build a lean, high-functioning, risk-aware organization Oversee relationships with brokers, vendors, and fiduciaries Ensure benefit programs are competitive, compliant, and scalable Align financial planning, budgets, and risk forecasting Total Rewards Strategy: Oversee Benefit Strategy for a complex offering of self- insured, with a Captive, and fully insured products to drive value-based programs.
