Description Job Summary: The QC Technician maintains quality standards by approving incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products; recording quality results. Responsibilities of the Position: - Perform equipment verification and monitoring challenges (scale calibration, metal detector challenge, checkweigher challenge) - Perform pre-operation and line clearance inspections - Perform ATP sampling - Independently perform and document all in-process food safety and quality inspections (BOM, lot code, net weight, label review, sensory, package construction and closure) - Independently perform blow molding and winding inspection (Bartlett only) - Responsible for investigation and following hold procedures for out of specification components and finished goods - Trained in GMP and GDP - Performs GMP-related auditing of production - Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; cooperation and teamwork as well as complying with legal regulations. - Work overtime hours as required by business needs. - Attends selected meetings and trainings as required. - Perform other duties as assigned by Management Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: - Com...
