Field Supervisor – Structural & Miscellaneous Metals Installation Employment Type: Direct Hire Starting Rate: $32.00/hour (higher based on experience) Perks: Company truck and fuel card provided Work Area: Candidates should be based near Georgetown, DE; Sterling, VA; Baltimore, MD; or Washington, DC Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead installation crews working on stairs, railings, and other fabricated metal components. This role is responsible for overseeing daily job site operations, ensuring installations meet quality standards, and maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on metals experience along with leadership capability to manage crews and coordinate with project stakeholders in the field.
