Areas of responsibilities: - Monthly closing activities (accrual, deferral and provision calculations and journal entries); - Ensure support in month end financial reporting of entity Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss positions and key deliverables as required; - Monthly reporting and reconciliation of Intercompany positions - Intercompany cash balancing journal entries; - Internal controls and Accounts reconciliations execution on a regular basis - Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs; - Recommend process improvements to ensure greater efficiency and productivity - Comply with applicable company policies and procedures; - Creating robust documentation, continuously updating it, storing and sharing it with the team and the direct manager; Ad-hoc support: - Provide explanations, analyses and supporting documentation for external and internal auditors; - Contribution to finance department projects; - Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships and resolve complex issues; - Assi...
