Job description
As an industry relations manager, you will coordinate and oversee workshops and on-ground recruitment events for employers, with a focus on meticulous logistics. You will plan, organize, and execute recruitment events and professional development programs to connect students and alumni with industry representatives. Among other duties, you will collaborate with the CAS team to create engaging, informative events that facilitate valuable networking and learning. Responsibilities include working with faculty members and internal partners to strengthen relationships with various industries and identify opportunities for students and alumni. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between SCAD and industry professionals to foster partnerships that benefit both parties. In this role, you will maintain accurate, up-to-date records of industry partnerships, engagements, and student interactions using Salesforce and other relevant platforms. You will use SCAD 12twenty to post job opportunities, facilitate events, and ensure effective communication between students, alumni, and employers.
