Job description

Position Title: TDX Administrator Department/School: Information Technology Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $85,000 Job Summary: The TDX Administrator is a member of the Client Team as part of Marist Information Technology. This administrator will take technical direction from the TDX Architect. The position’s primary responsibility is to manage, configure, and optimize TeamDynamix ITSM (IT Service Management) and PPM (Project Portfolio Management) platforms. Secondary, this position will be responsible for ensuring the platform's efficient operation, ongoing improvement, and expansion to additional ESM (Enterprise Service Management) areas outside of IT. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. - Experience administering and supporting TeamDynamix ITSM & PPM. - 3 to 5 years of related experience. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
