The Opportunity: Our Total Rewards team is looking to add a Team Lead, US Pension & Benefits to support our US retirement and benefit programs. This position will report to the Manager, Pension and Benefits. What you’ll do: Lead the end-to-end administration of US employee benefit and retirement programs, including health, dental, vision, life, pension, 401(k), share purchase and other ancillary plans Oversee the annual benefits renewal and enrollment process Work closely with external consultants, vendors, committees and other internal stakeholders to design and evaluate plans, lead vendors, support change implementation and monitor effectiveness In collaboration with the Manager, Pension and Benefits, lead the development and execution of effective communicatio...
