Thompson First Group is seeking an Industrial Mechanical Electrician for a direct hire role with a local client in Aston, PA. Candidates that have a background completing PLC troubleshooting and have working in an industrial setting on production and manufacturing equipment are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities: Requirements: Qualifications: - Inspect, test, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, control panels, and production equipment for functionality and safety issues - Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, VFDs, sensors, relays, HMIs, PLC-controlled equipment, and power distribution systems - Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on electrical, instrumentation, and automation systems to maximize equipment reliability and uptime - Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation to support troubleshooting and system modifications - Support installation, startup, and commissioning of new electrical equipment and system upgrades - Monitor and maintain electrical compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and regulatory requirements - Maintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and syste...
