Position Overview: This is a management position requiring incumbent to supervise and coordinate activities of the Asphalt Paving Foreperson and crew members engaged in spreading, rolling, tamping, and patching asphalt or similar material to form surfaces of highways, streets, parking lots, aircraft landing strips, and driveways, Individual should also have a working knowledge of equipment operations and repairs.
