YOUR ROLE AT SIXT: In case of breakdowns and accidents, our team ensures that private customers quickly and easily receive a replacement vehicle. We work closely with various insurance and roadside assistance companies, processing their orders promptly and in a customer-oriented manner via email or phone, then creating orders and reserving the requested vehicles.
