In addition to a base wage, every associate is eligible for quarterly profit sharing!! Various shifts are available and off shifts include additional shift differential pay. CMM – Technician Summary/Objective: This position will provide CMM programming and inspection support delivering critical inspection results. The Technician will provide programming for new product development, supplier components, and ongoing production. The position will support the calibration of this equipment within the firearms manufacturing & assembly process. The position is critical for product and process development in a highly CNC intensive factory setting. Core knowledge of CNC machining is a significant plus to success in this position.
