As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead a team dedicated to sourcing our most important asset – Our People. What You’ll Do: - Lead the design and execution of The Place’s full talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with our mission, values, and organizational goals. This includes recruitment, onboarding, internal mobility, and workforce planning. - Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels of the organization, while building scalable, standardized processes that deliver a world-class candidate experience. - Coach, mentor, and develop the recruiting team to maintain a strong and diverse talent pipeline, fostering professional growth and high performance. - Oversee all aspects of performance management for direct reports, including hiring, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, promotions, and, when necessary, corrective actions....
