Overview THE ROLE: The 3rd shift MQA Supervisor will be part of the Quality group and will work onsite at our state of art Innovation and Manufacturing facility in Winston-Salem, NC. This is a high visibility role that interacts with Operations to create great working relationships between the two groups. Responsible for supervision and coordination of all daily Manufacturing Quality Assurance inspection activities related to batch production. Responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing MQA staff and assisting them with documenting and responding to any quality-related issues that occur on the production floor. HOW YOU WOULD CONTRIBUTE: - Lead, supervise and prioritize the work of MQA Technicians.• Assist management with providing direction, task assignment, SOP and cGMP training and guidance, on the job training, and development to co-workers.• Ensure GMP procedures and documentation are in place for all quality-related batch production activities and requirements.• Ensure all MQA Tech activities are being performed completely and accurately.• Provide and develop training for MQA Techs and all respective support departments personnel as needed (new hire, OTJ).• Develop, imp...
