Production Helper, 2nd Shift

Job description

Experience preferred, however we will train the right person. This is a 2nd shift position with a 4-day (10 hours/day) workweek from Monday thru Thursday, 4pm -2:30am. Recent base wage increase is ultra-competitive, and there's an additional $1/hour shift differential for this 2nd shift role. Summary: Production team members will be assigned to work on the Mattress and/or Hybrid lines under the direction of the shift supervisor. Production team members are expected to work in a manner which promotes safety, quality, and efficiency to meet production goals. Role and Responsibilities: - Follow ALL Safe work practices, LOTO, PPE, JHA’s, etc. - Meet all quality standards and customer requirements. - Ability to operate machinery. - Skill and ability to meet or exceed the production standards. - Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. - Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work area. - Use of hand tools, measuring devices, shop equipment. - Work well with other employees - All other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
