The opportunity: As the National Bid Manager at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for leading the bid team to support the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new projects. - Lead and monitor the strategy for all tender documentation, design and delivery - Design and implement processes, guides and resources to support best practice bid production across the business - Manage, develop and coordinate the bid team - Evaluate tender requirements and coordinate tender responses and other client prospect pitch materials - Develop and drive tender timelines, coordinate internal stakeholders, facilitate tender team meetings - Develop bid and tender processes and resources including templates, s...
