QA Inspector ($19.89 - $22.17)

Job description

Overview $1.50/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift ($19.89-$22.17) Tests and inspects products at various stages of the production process and compiles and evaluates data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products by performing the following duties: Responsibilities - Review and understand quality documentation including drawings, specifications, Job orders and work instructions. - Familiar with how to use hand tools and basic measuring equipment such as calipers and Plug gauges. - Follow procedures for documenting containment of non-conforming product. - Inspect and monitor production in -process and at Final Inspection to ensure customer specifications are met. - Able to work independently, ability to multi-task and self-drive priorities while meeting the demands of the job responsibilities. - Basic working knowledge of Microsoft applications - High level of attention to details. - Excellent written and verbal communication and math skills. - Understanding of ISO 9001 and auditing a plus.
