The Product and Solutions Social Media Manager is responsible for managing and implementing the organization’s product and solutions social media programs to support brand awareness, engagement, and traffic objectives. The role requires strong execution capabilities, close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners, and the ability to evolve from day-to-day publishing into broader social media strategy development over time.
