Description The CJEP DevResults Implementer Trainers will support the Department of State, Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement (INL) through the provision of training on the ‘DevResults’ performance monitoring platform, a monitoring & evaluation (M&E) platform software used to capture, manage, and analyze foreign assistance data. This position will support the DevResults program by delivering targeted training, instruction, and technical assistance to INL implementers, ensuring they can accurately and efficiently input performance data into the system. Through structured trainings, follow-on coaching, and user support, the role will help build user proficiency, address reporting challenges, and contribute to improved data quality and system adoption across INL projects.
