Operational Finance Analyst, Workplace Services

Job description

Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience. - 2 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree. Preferred qualifications: - Experience with building financial reporting, producing analysis, implementing monitoring and reporting solutions. - Experience in developing strategies in fluid environments, along with excellent business judgment for resource allocation decisions to achieve the business outcomes. - Ability to work with data to produce analysis, influence decision making with numerical analysis and generate insights. - Excellent communication skills paired with ability to motivate colleagues and collaborate to influence the leadership.
