Description Purpose: The purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to maintain the grounds, facility, and equipment in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, to ensure that a successful maintenance program is maintained at all times. The person holding this position is delegated the responsibility for carrying out the assigned duties under the guidance of the Director of Maintenance and in accordance with federal and state regulations and established company policies and procedures. Schedule is Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm , must be able to be on weekend rotation once monthly. Must have own hand tools and toolbox for the job. Company will provide cart and ladders as well as power tools.
