The Talent Engagement Specialist, reporting to the Talent Engagement and Compliance Supervisor, is responsible for cultivating and maintaining a premier network of independent professional linguists by serving as their primary "Success Partner" and internal advocate. This role focuses on bridging the gap between internal operations and external talent through community building, strategic support, and the delivery of a seamless, professional partner experience. Duties and Responsibilities: - Talent Advocacy and Community Building: Serve as the primary liaison between our independent linguists and internal departments. You will gather feedback to streamline processes and enhance the overall Talent experience. Design and execute engagement campaigns that highlight our value proposition. Answer the question "Why partner with us?" to attract and retain the best professionals in the industry. Plan and host in-person and virtual meetups, webinars, and community events that allow independent professionals to network, share best practices, and feel connected to a larger mission.
