Sr. Manager - Sustainability Description -: The sustainability leader will be responsible for all aspects of sustainability success in the PS organization. Sustainability leader will drive the creation and execution of HP PS’s Sustainability strategy. Sustainability is a portfolio/product feature to address customer needs, HP goals, strategic differentiation…. etc. Responsibilities: - Create and deliver PS Sustainability Strategy, based on customer and market insight. - Continue to maintain HP’s leadership and recognition of sustainability with innovation and new ideas - Maintain and build on sustainability as a part of HP’s responsible legacy and brand value - Identify and explore sustainability ideas that reduce the carbon footprint of HP PS products (So what part of the strategic goal) - Review status and progress quarterly with PS Leadership with detailed Quarterly Reviews Tasks for successful strategic implementation: - Aligning with PS Product Planners on goals and objectives - Work with the engineering and architecture teams to come up with viable solutions - Work with product managers, supply chain and others to manage/balance cost implications with market/customer value -...
