Benefits: Locally owned and operated leading SERVPRO in business in Rhode Island area for over 34 years seeks to hire an admin coordinator. Job Description: The Administrative Coordinator is the first person our customers speak to and can be the hero that helps them through their stressful day. This person will perform all office administrative tasks related to customer calls, job management and tracking, scheduling of jobs, and customer satisfaction activities. Perform general office duties, such as drafting correspondence, filing, and creating reports. **Incentive and bonus opportunities will be available** Responsibilities: - 401(k) - Health insurance - Training & development - Receive and dispatch lead calls and job referrals - Perform detailed and accurate data entry - Coordinate job scheduling - Perform general administration duties - Assist other departments, as needed - Make outgoing customer quality satisfaction calls Preferred Qualifications: Compensation: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Picture yourself here fulfilling your potential.
