Job Description: $2,500 Sign-On Bonus! Job Objective: Provide assessment, planning, case management, and service-coordination to Service Members, Veterans, and their Families (SMVF). Develop and share expertise in specific types of SMVF issues as part of the Veteran’s Count Team and function as part of statewide network of resources for SM/V/F population. Qualifications: Schedule : Full time 40 hours a week Monday-Friday. With travel throughout New Hampshire Compensation : $26.11 - $33.64 per hour. What’s in it for you?
