We’re seeking a skilled and passionate Baker – Pastry Cook to join our Food & Beverage team, creating top-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods that elevate the guest experience. Job Summary: As a Baker – Pastry Cook , you’ll be responsible for preparing, baking, and presenting high-quality pastries and desserts. Your creations will play a key role in delighting our guests and enhancing their stay at Cheeca Lodge & Spa. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare, produce, cook, and bake a variety of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods. - Ensure adherence to Safe Serve food safety standards. - Maintain inventory and par levels, ensuring sufficient stock of baking ingredients and supplies. - Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and execute menu items. - Work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and late-night hours, as needed. - Exhibit knowledge of basic culinary, baking, and pastry techniques. - Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Chef.
